  7. Fatal error in cp VARS VARS.old.
× If you have problems during the execution of MRCC, please attach the output with an adequate description of your case as well as the followings:
  • the way mrcc was invoked
  • the way build.mrcc was invoked
  • the output of build.mrcc
  • compiler version (for example: ifort -V, gfortran -v)
  • blas/lapack versions
  • as well as gcc and glibc versions

This information really helps us during troubleshooting :)

Dear mrcc expert,

This is my first time to use mrcc2020. I used a calculaiton that have given correct output in mrcc2015 but on another machine. A fatal error is met. It looks like the code cannot find a file called VARS. I have no idea how this happens. I attached my files, could you please help to check, thank you very much!

Thank you very much for reporting this bug. It has been fixed. Please download the dmrcc.f patch.
